National and international contracts

The Firm provides assistance on contractual matters including: supply, sale, agency, distribution, franchising, sponsorship, license and trademark use contracts, contracts for the exploitation of intellectual property rights and image rights, transfer agreements of technologies, leasing, confidentiality, transfer of know-how, commercial collaboration, general conditions of sale, general conditions of purchase, drafting of letters of intent and memorandum of understanding.

In general, drafting of contracts in Italian and English version as required by the specific case, examination of contracts from third parties and evaluation of critical aspects, drafting and evaluation of bank guarantees/sureties linked to specific contracts in concert with the Foreign Back Offices of credit institutions, evaluation of the texts of letters of credit (ordinary and stand-by) and management of the critical aspects of the same.
